ロボットホームでは、「Apartment kit」のセントラルコントローラーに搭載される入居者向けサービス「Benefit」のコンテンツとして、食事・ファッション・家事サービスなど、ライフスタイルに関わるサービスの開発を行っております。

サマリー社との提携は、同社の展開する預けた荷物をアプリやウェブで管理できる収納サービス「サマリーポケット」を「Benefit」に導入するものです。「Benefit」限定の特別プランの提供により、「Benefit」利用者は通常料金よりも低価格で「サマリーポケット」を利用できます。「サマリーポケット」は、ユーザーが預けたい洋服や本などの荷物を専用ボックスに詰めて送ると、品物が1点ずつ撮影されて、アプリやウェブから荷物を閲覧・管理できるサービスで、荷物が必要になった時は、ユーザーはアプリから必要なものを指定して自宅に返送することができます。荷物の保管と取り出しに加えて、預けている荷物をクリーニングに出したり、オ―クションに出品を依頼できるなどのオプションサービスも提供しています。

Through collaboration with Sumally, “Sumally Pocket” app- and web-managed self-storage service will be available in “Benefit.” “Benefit” users can use “Sumally Pocket” at special rates through an exclusive plan. With “Sumally Pocket,” users send items such as clothes and books in a special box, and then each stored item is photo-catalogued for viewing and managing on the app and website. Using the app, users select items and have them sent back when needed. In addition to storing and retrieving items, optional services are provided such as having stored items dry-cleaned and having them put for auction.
