The Competitive IT Strategy Company is a program run jointly by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Tokyo Stock Exchange to recognize attractive TSE-listed companies proactively engaging in efforts for IT utilization of generating new values, transforming business, and improving earnings and productivity.
With the corporate philosophy "Providing new services with Internet x Real," the company deploys apartment platform business and other diverse real estate tech businesses including IoT business, minpaku business, and crowdfunding business. The company has been selected as Competitive IT Strategy Company 2018 for delivering promising IT services, using new digital technologies and revamping legacy systems*.
