「攻めのIT経営銘柄」は、経済産業省と東京証券取引所が共同で、東京証券取引所の上場会社の中から、新たな価値の創造、経営革新、収益水準・生産性の向上をもたらす積極的なIT利活用に取り組んでいる企業を魅力ある銘柄として選定するものです。

Selected as Competitive IT Strategy Company 2018!
The Competitive IT Strategy Company is a program run jointly by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Tokyo Stock Exchange to recognize attractive TSE-listed companies proactively engaging in efforts for IT utilization of generating new values, transforming business, and improving earnings and productivity.
With the corporate philosophy "Providing new services with Internet x Real," the company deploys apartment platform business and other diverse real estate tech businesses including IoT business, minpaku business, and crowdfunding business. The company has been selected as Competitive IT Strategy Company 2018 for delivering promising IT services, using new digital technologies and revamping legacy systems*.
The company will continue harnessing IoT, AI, and other latest digital technologies and promoting "competitive IT strategies" that will improve corporate value and strengthen competitiveness in the mid- to long- term, thus generating unprecedented businesses and added value.
