TATERU bnb delivers a broad range of IoT-based Minpaku management services including developing and operating App-based IoT Minpaku management “TATERU bnb” and developing and renting “bnb kit” (SMART LOCK, CHECK-IN PAD, TRIP PHONE).
Jointly with TRASTA, the group will develop "bnb BOOK," a lodging management system that automatically sets room rates using AI. The system combines a lodging management system developed by TRASTA with an AI system for automatically setting room rates developed by the company, thus enhancing the efficiency of cumbersome lodging management tasks such as booking, payments, customer management, and registering with OTA*1 websites to reach prospective guests. The AI system that automatically sets room rates estimates adequate room rates by generating a pricing model*2 through machine learning of nationwide lodging data, event data, international holiday schedules, and other data related to room rates. This will enable highly objective and accurate accommodation pricing, which used to depend on individual skills. For generating a pricing model, the company will use a core technology of the existing price estimation engine the company has developed, thus significantly reducing time required for development. By using this system, the company will help businesses enhance the efficiency and reduce costs of minpaku management while maximizing their revenue by setting adequate room rates based on data.
TATERU bnb will continue deploying IoT Minpaku apartments by enriching Minpaku operation service and developing new solutions.
