Starting developing “bnb CLEANING” sharing economy service for Minpaku cleaning

TATERU bnb delivers a broad range of IoT-based Minpaku management services including developing and operating App-based IoT Minpaku management “TATERU bnb” and developing and renting “bnb kit” (SMART LOCK, CHECK-IN PAD, TRIP PHONE).
TATERU bnb will develop “bnb CLEANING” sharing economy service for Minpaku cleaning. In this service, TATERU bnb harnesses sharing economy to secure resources required for Minpaku cleaning, thus saving running cost, improving service, and generating employment opportunities. When a guest completes the check-out process using CHECK-IN PAD installed at an accommodation facility, registered users are notified of the location of the facility that requires cleaning, along with date/time. A selected cleaner receives a key required to unlock SMART LOCK. After unlocking SMART LOCK at the facility and cleaning the place, a cleaner can easily complete the cleaning process by sending a photo cleaning report. Service will be further enhanced based on reviews on the quality of cleaning collected from guests.
TATERU bnb will continue deploying IoT Minpaku apartments by enriching Minpaku operation service and developing new solutions.
