TATERU bnb社では、アプリでかんたんIoT民泊運用「TATERU bnb」の開発・運営をはじめとした「bnb kit（スマートロック・チェックインパッド・TRIP PHONE）」の開発・レンタルなど、IoTを活用した様々な民泊運用サービスの提供を行っております。
この度TATERU bnb社では、本日施行された民泊新法および改正旅館業法に対応した、IoTで民泊施設をスマート化する「bnb kit」のレンタル予約を開始しました。「bnb kit」では、ICT（情報通信技術）を活用することで実質無人運営を可能にします。宿泊者は、宿泊予約時に発行されるキーナンバーを使用して、宿泊施設に設置の「スマートロック」を解錠、入室し、室内に備え付けの「チェックインパッド」を使用してオンライン上で旅券確認および本人確認などのチェックイン手続き(※1)を行います。これにより、宿泊者は好きな時間にスムーズにチェックインを行うことができます。さらに、「TRIP PHONE」を利用することで、施設周辺のおすすめ飲食店の紹介や予約、交通機関の案内やタクシーの予約など滞在中のさまざまなご要望をトリップコンシェルジュが24時間多言語対応することで、宿泊者にとって快適な旅行環境を提供します。なお、「bnb kit」の初期費用(※2)は30,000円〜、月額費用は9,800円〜です。

「bnb kit」を導入した新法民泊施設第1号を東京都北区にオープン決定

TATERU bnb社では、本日施行の民泊新法に対応した民泊施設第1号を東京都北区にオープンいたします。同社では2018年6月15日に民泊新法において宿泊管理業者として登録(※3)が完了しており、当施設では、IoTで民泊施設をスマート化する「bnb kit」を導入しICTを活用することで、実質無人運営を行います。なお、当施設のサービス開始は2018年6月30日を予定しております。

First new- Minpaku -law-compliant Minpaku facility featuring “bnb kit” to open in Kita-ku, Tokyo

TATERU bnb will open the first Minpaku facility that complies with the new law in Kita-ku, Tokyo. On June 15, 2018, TATERU bnb completed its registration*3 as a lodging management company under the new Minpaku law. It will essentially be an unmanned facility under the new law by utilizing ICT and featuring “bnb kit” for smarter Minpaku facilities with IoT. The facility is scheduled to start operation on June 30, 2018.
TATERU bnb will continue deploying Minpaku facilities by expanding services and developing new solutions for Minpaku operations.
