TATERU, Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; representative director/CEO: Daisaku Furuki; securities identification code: 1435; “the company”) announces that its investee company GA technologies Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; president and representative director: Ryo Higuchi; “GA technologies”) was approved today for listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Mothers market for high-growth and emerging stocks. It is scheduled to be listed on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
Under the philosophy “inspiring people with technology x innovation,” GA technologies deploys data-driven, user-friendly service in the real estate tech field, including developing and managing “Renosy” information platform for pre-owned real estate and “Renosy Insight” mobile application for property owners.
To promote real estate tech, the company has invested into and supported companies that potentially generate synergies.
