TATERU bnb has started accepting rental pre-orders of “bnb kit” for making Minpaku facilities smarter with IoT, in compliant with the new Minpaku law and revised Inns and Hotels Act, since June 15, 2018, and has received more than 300 orders. The first facility supporting “bnb kit” will open on August 29, 2018 in Nishi-Shinsaibashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.
