It is a promising technology in the real estate industry. It also helps prevent tampering of data related to real estate transactions at the company.

About data tampering prevention system

The data tampering prevention system is a cloud-based storage system connected with the blockchain. When files are uploaded to cloud storage, the file information is recorded on the blockchain. File reference and access logs are also recorded on the blockchain. Thus, it ensures the originality of saved files and tamper-proof data management.
This system allows customers to upload data directly without going through a real estate company. Because data information is written automatically into the blockchain, it is extremely difficult to falsify data. It visualizes the tamper status by checking hash values* written into the blockchain and leaves the file trace based on it. It also enables different levels of authorization of users based on their job description and scope of responsibility. By connecting with third-party systems at financial institutions and loan officers, the system eliminates tampered data. Therefore, data submitted by customers can be shared securely with financial institutions and loan officers. The data tampering prevention system is scheduled to be available for verification in late February 2019.
